Why? After walking away from my 25-year corporate career, I knew I had more to give as a leader. I reflected on the quality of the leaders that I'd worked with (and for) across my career. The word 'lacklustre' seemed appropriate, as it did with many of my peers and friends.
It inspired me to apply my skills, talents and passion in a new way. To help leaders build their strengths to become more purpose-driven and people focussed.
How? As your leadership coach, I help clarify your purpose, goals and generate strategies to get you from where you are to where you want to be.
I believe that leadership starts with self… a deep self-awareness of your values and purpose. With a handle on your authentic self, you can confidently and authentically lead others.
As a leadership mentor and consultant, you benefit from my knowledge gained in a career managing high profile local and global reputations. I've developed a 3-Point Reputation Model to help measure, maximise and monitor reputation.
The model is applicable for any industry, business, not-for-profit or charity if your reputation matters. The strength of your leaders impacts trustworthiness, culture and by extension corporate reputation.
On a more personal note, I love spending time with those dearest to me. I consider myself a life-long learner and a student of leadership and reputation. My core values include authenticity, respect and growth.
One way I support my value of growth is by maintaining professional memberships to the International Coaching Federation and International Association of Business Communicators. I also uphold my Certified Practising Marketer and Fellow designations from the Australian Marketing Institute.
